Why does every tier include all 25 modules?
Because moaem is one product, not five. Your team size + the support tier you need are the only differentiators. Procore and SAP gate features by tier; we explicitly don't — once you adopt moaem, you adopt everything.
What happens when I reach my tier's user cap?
Adding the next user requires upgrading to the next tier. The cap-forces-upgrade mechanism keeps your per-user cost flat or lower as you grow — Enterprise marginal is 59 SAR/user/mo vs Starter's 99 SAR/user/mo.
What is a Light user vs a Full user?
Full users access the full UI of every module. Light users (33% of Full price) get a simplified UI for low-touch staff — my-work tasks, acknowledge transmittals, sign requests, light reporting. Subcontractor workers using only the mobile scan + acknowledge flows are Free Collaborators (zero cost, no seat consumed).
How does annual billing compare to monthly?
Annual is the published default — you save 17% compared to monthly billing. Monthly is available for teams that need the flexibility (project-based engagements, seasonal scaling).
Are prices inclusive of 15% VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of 15% KSA VAT. Your ZATCA-compliant tax invoice will show VAT separately. This is the KSA-standard B2B invoicing convention.
What's included in initial onboarding?
Initial onboarding is free on every tier. You get organization setup, license + module activation, KSA-compliance wiring (ZATCA, GOSI registration fields), 1 platform walkthrough, and Arabic + English support during go-live.
How is training priced beyond onboarding?
Training sessions are priced as the higher of 4,999 SAR per session OR 499 SAR per person attending. The crossover happens at about 10 people — below that, the flat session price applies; at 11+ people, per-person pricing dominates.
What support do all tiers get for free?
48-hour bug-report SLA is bundled on every tier. Higher tiers (Growth → Enterprise → Mega) get faster SLAs (24h → 4h → 1h) plus named customer success managers and 24/7 hotlines respectively.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. The cap-forces-upgrade pattern means most upgrades happen because you grew users, not because you needed a missing module.
What's the 90-day free trial like?
Up to 10 users, full access to all 25 modules. No credit card required. After day 90 your data is preserved for 30 days while you choose a plan. We never auto-charge.
Do you offer on-premise / KSA data-residency deployment?
Yes, on the Mega Projects tier. This is for organizations with data-sovereignty requirements (NEOM-scale developers, regulated infrastructure, government). Contact sales for the architecture review.
What payment methods do you accept?
Annual: bank transfer + PO + ZATCA-compliant invoice. Monthly: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay (via Moyasar). Enterprise + Mega get net-30 / net-60 invoice terms.
